(Silent humor) Movie Reviews reviews Fired up
By Mr D Stevens
This is a hilarious teen comedy that was surprisingly good amidst the very
unrealistic plot, it centers around a couple of lotharios on the
football team, who are a little bored at having to go to yet another summer
training football camp with their foul mouthed coach, and prankish team mates.
When they hear of a cheerleading camp with 300 girls and hardly any competition for their affection, they realise they
could be at a Cheerleaders’ camp with all the young women to party with instead
of the rigmarole of football camp.
They concur up a story that they love cheerleading, and somehow convince the
captain of the cheerleading squad(against her better judgement) to let
them join, and one of the hilarious dead pan actress says “we don’t have any
muscle” in reference to how much they could be of use.
What follows is a hilarious teen comedy, as the guys find out that they do enjoy
cheerleading, and their ulterior motives can be put side.
It stars Nicholas D’Agosto(”Flying boy” in Heroes) as Shawn Colfax, and the very
talented Eric Christian Olsen(Brothers and Sisters, Dumb and Dumberer: When
Harry Met Lloyd, Tru Calling) as Nick Brady, I was pleasantly surprised at his
comedy timing, which was spot on, didn’t get the impression his comedy timing
could be this good, from watching Brothers and Sisters, but then again he plays
a more serious character.
Somehow they convince Shawn Colfax’s sister Poppy played by the brilliant
Juliette Goglia(the brilliant child tutor in CSI Las Vegas)in exchange for
taking his room, to get them on the cheerleading squad.
Sarah Roemer(Disturbia) plays Carly the love interest of Shawn Colfax, however he has to compete with the megalomaniac of her boyfriend Dr. Rick played by David Walton(Quarterlife, Heist), while
Molly Sims(Las Vegas) plays Diora the love interest of Nick Brady however she is
already spoken for, as she is married to the hilarious and eccentric John
Michael Higgins(Evan Almighty, Ally McBeal, Bicentennial man) as Coach Keith,
the motivator for the cheerleading camp.
The movie will tickle the funnybone in all of us, and has hilarious comedy
moments, especially by Sylvia(Margo Harshman, Even Stevens), the scene where she
jumps into bed with another girl is hilarious, the scenes from Brewster(Adhir Kalyan) will have your ribs aching from laughter, not to mention the hilarious naked routine while trying to maintain their modesty.

How The Art Of The Unspoken Word Can Be Funny
New movie releases reviews Evil Bong 2
By Mr D Stevens
Many individuals even more than the teenage audience will enjoy this movie.
It stars John Patrick Jordan(Prison Break: Proof of innocence) as the hilarious dead pan Larnell. We meet him as he has invited one of his college geek friends Allistair (played by Brett Chuckerman) over to help him with a slightly embarrassing problem, before he is able to utter out the problem one of his flatmates Bachman(played by Mitch Eakins you can believe immediately from his demeanor alone he has probably smoked a few too many) arrives, and soon afterwards passes out.
Where Larnell explains to Allistair that it happens all the time, as a result of smoking a particular bong, not that long afterwards there is a knock at the door, and in enters the morbidly obese Brett (played by Brian Lloyd), llistair is shocked that Brett has put on so much weight within a matter of weeks, again as a result of smoking that particular bong they all had, this is where the comedy really shines through, as Larnell then reveals his embarrassing problem again as a result of smoking the bong.
There is a short cameo from the lovely Robin Sydney(Wicked Lake) as Luann, the girlfriend of Brett. A ever smiling delivery man who happened to know exactly where the original bong came from, enters the picture, and soon afterwards the three main progtagnosists with the delivery man find themselves in South America, with peices of the original bong, when they get close to the source of nthe bong, it starts to speak much to the amusement of everyone else, and we meet the lovely Velicty (played by the delectable Amy Paffrath), who along with an older scientist are trying to find ways to use the plant to cure all kinds of ailments, but another entity called King Bong along with his array of scantily clad women has other ideas.
The repertoire and funny exchanges between the two antagonists Eebee voiced by Michele Mais and King Bong voiced by Michael A. Mais is hilarious all through even with the colourful language, and although is supposed to be horror, it is more comedy than anything else.

By suegold
Are you a sad or a dull person or in plain language “Are you a stick in the mud”? Then you need to learn to laugh. There are a variety of laughs. Each person has their own unique laugh and sound. Most likely if it is not easy for you to laugh then you need to work on your mind and attitude. Laughing is a habit that you can develop.
You need to get involved with things and people that can help you find humor. The choice of music, books, and TV programs has an influence on you laughter. Educate your mind with funny thoughts. Put yourself in places where you are expected to have humor. Now we ask “do you know when to laugh”? Knowing when to laugh is also known as healthy humor. We do not laugh at one another but with one another. Can you laugh at yourself or your situation? If you should get caught in an embarrassing or frustrating and you think you are about to scream-just laugh. It will completely change the moment. As you can see laughter is something you decide to do on your own. You can be a positive person and always find laughter. Laughter is a winning situation.
There are no bad side effects of laughter. Do you know why you laugh? There is a part of the brain that helps you “get the joke”. There is another section that triggers the muscle movement that lets you laugh or smile. Then one section gives you a happy feeling after a funny experience. You must be willing to laugh. Laughter is good medicine. This concept is not new; research is proving that laughter affects our minds and body. Laughter helps the immune system to fight disease.
People who are happy and laugh a lot, generally have a lower blood pressure and a better disposition. Did you know that laughter is an exercise? Laughter will give your diaphragm a workout and increase your body’s ability to use oxygen. A good laugh is like an internal jog. It gives a great cardiac workout and this is especially important for those who cannot do physical exercises. That same belly laugh will relax your muscles.
If you can give a good belly laugh often it will help your respiratory system. If you find that you need to be motivated to smile or laugh go find a mirror. Look at yourself. Do you like what you are seeing? Now try smiling at yourself. That’s better isn’t it. You might even try laughing out loud. Now put that smile on your face and go find someone else that needs a smile and give it to them. Guess what? You can’t give a smile away, it just keeps coming back, the value of a laugh is priceless when you consider what it does and can do for you. Now do you think you need a laughter workshop to learn to laugh?
