Lewis Black Tickets - Actor, Autho, Comedian, Political Commentator and More (humor)
By Brent Warnken
Mark Twain once said, “The human race has only one really effective weapon and that is laughter.” This is a thought that is very well understood by Grammy Award-winning comedian, Lewis Black, who has turned saying what is unacceptable in polite company into an art. Black is a person who seems to have tight grasp on the world at large as he delivers line after line of hilarity in front of an enthusiastic audience. He has something to say about everything, it seems, from Boston traffic: “The last person to get across that town in under three hours was yelling “‘The British are coming! The British are coming!’”; to the Atkins Diet: “Turns out we’ve all been eating the wrong thing…since the dawn of civilization.”
Black has not only been a successful comedian, but he is also the author of two books Nothing’s Sacred (Simon and Schuster, 2005) and Me of Little Faith (Riverhead Books, 2008). He has also written an impressive number of plays, more than 40 in total. One of these, The Deal, is a dark comedy about business that was made into a short film in 1998 and eventually aired on the Sundance channel. Lewis Black’s live show is definitely something worth experiencing for yourself.
Lewis first hit the stage as a comedian in 1996, when his friend Lizz Winstead, decided to choose him for a weekly segment on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. The segment was a three-minute rant about whatever was bothering him at the moment, and somehow it stuck. Black was hilarious and the segment eventually grew into what is now known as Back in Black. Lewis’s rants have now become famous throughout America and this from a guy who has said, “Learning to be a comic is like learning to be a boxer with your hands tied to your sides. You just take hit after hit, and while you are getting pummeled, you figure out ‘Wow, if I just did this, I wouldn’t get hit.’ Then you get hit again. I was knocked out a lot. But I learned a lot. I learned I would probably not be much of a comic.”
As one blogger has written at HubPages, people actually pay to see Lewis angry, there cannot be much more that a comedian could wish for! How many of us can even dream of having someone walk up to us one day and say “Wow, you’re really funny when you’re angry, how about I pay you to get angry on stage.” Seriously, this sort of thing does not just happen, except to Lewis Black, apparently. Lewis’s routine on The Daily Show eventually won him a record deal with Stand UP! Records and his first CD The White Album, was released in 2000, winning him critical acclaim. Lewis Black tickets are now available and are selling out quickly, so be sure to get on the ball and get your tickets while you still can. Black is so popular that you may find tickets hard to come by, but be sure to look for them at online, the best place to get your tickets to see Lewis Black live.

Avoid eye contact with your persecutor at all times, this is a must to avoid unwanted giggles, a respectful countenance should suffice, we are not in Russia.
The Practice of self-abuse, though an erstwhile pastime for teenage boys and lonely computer programmers, is not acceptable in a court of law, it can and almost certainly will, guarantee a lengthy spell behind bars. That being said, it should propel one into the legend category, which can be nice.
Be respectful, no matter how innocent you presume yourself to be, the holders of the “Scales of Justice” do not share your view, announcing your innocence in an unruly fashion is nearly as dangerous as public self-manipulation.
Finally, do not, under any circumstances, enquire into the judges private life, the presence of a father in his noble life, is entirely his own business and can offer no mitigating circumstances regarding your present situation.
Above all, stay resolute and cheerful, it probably wont be as bad as you think it might be, though for the unfortunate Sidney, my beloved uncle, it was undoubtedly worse.
Dont try to emulate Sid, Sid was born great and deserves his legendary status, when he is once again amongst us, the sun shall shine again and laughter and joy will fill our daily lives.

Comedy podcasts with ventriloquist comedians
By Garrett36 Pierson36
Many podcasts are available to subscribe to and watch
in a variety of genres, and one of these is the comedy and ventriloquist comedian
podcast. Every small scale wannabe writer has a chance
to become a comedian through podcasting, since the
low entry cost allows people to start podcasting with
minimum effort and money. To find some of these
comedy podcasters, check a podcast directory. A
podcast directory is a listing of many, sometimes
several thousands, of podcasts submitted and divided
into categories. A podcast directory will probably have
a large number of comedy podcasts available to
subscribe to.
These comedy podcasts are usually created by a small
team of people who do the work in their free time, as a
hobby, not as a source of income. Because it is a hobby,
they’re more willing to give the work away for free, for
nothing more than recognition, probably in the hopes
they can parlay that recognition into a more mainstream
job. Some more corporate groups also put together
comedy podcasts, however. The satirical comedy web
site TheOnion.com puts out a regular comedy podcast,
featuring readings from their fake news site.
Placing a comedy podcast on the Internet has several
advantages for the creators. They get to showcase their
work, easily distributing their art to many people. This
following is likely to be be unusually passionate,
following the artist with more enthusiasm than the
artist’s average audience. The comedian has a chance to
be more open with the audience, engaging in a sort of
dialogue with them. The comedian broadcasts the files,
which enter the computer of the user, already a more
personal level than simply hearing the jokester on the
radio or on television. Compedy podcast subscribers
will often then write back to the podcaster, or leave
comments on the blog which often accompanies a
podcast site. This can give them a degree of input and
connection with the writers of the comedy podcast that
is far removed from other styles of comedy distribution.
The writers and producers of a comedy podcast thus
benefit from several advantages of the podcast form. It is cheap and easy to set up, and uses a distribution mechanism that is also easy to use. The way the podcast form is designed, as well, creates greater connection between the producer and the subscribers. The comedy writer has a greater ability to interact with the subscribers and to find out what they appreciate or do not. Because podcasting is so simple to get involved in, requiring only a small investment to get started, many amateur comedy writers have begun starting their own shows and distributing the feed. It is likely, because of
the unique connection podcasting offers between writer and listener, that we will see at least some of these amateur comedians make the leap to the professional stage. So, if you want to listen something realy fun, find a good ventriloquist comedian related podcast :).
